"Plug in or find another power source. Your batter
power is low (7%). If you don't plug in your computer soon, it will hibernate
automatically."
Every time my laptop battery is about to die, I see
that message pop up in a window. I always tell myself that I still have a few
more minutes left, and I'll plug it in before it dies. But, that would never be
the case. I would get so caught up in what I'm doing, that I forget to connect
the charger. And then the computer would hibernate on me. I'd try to quickly
plug the charger in to keep the computer on, but it'd be too late....
God was ministering to me about this. He said he is
always giving people warning signs, but they take them for granted. He is
always giving people a way of escape, an opportunity to repent and get saved.
But they keep saying, "Not now. I'll do it later." This is dangerous.
Get saved now. There may not be a later... You may get soo caught up in your
sin that you may forget to do it later. You may die in your sins. Or Christ may
come back. You won't have another chance to get it right then.
So now, when my laptop is about to die, I remind myself
to plug it in right away. When God shows me an area of my life that I am in
error, I ask him to forgive and deliver me right away.
