This is a call to wake up. Many of us are sleep. Our guards are down. We are getting side-swept by the enemy and not realizing our demise until its too late.
The enemy is coming at us from all angles and is holding no one captive to his attacks. The enemy is using our family members, our friends, classmates, and co workers to attack us emotionally, mentally, physically, but primarily spiritually. There are situations that are happening that leave us perplexed and in a state of confusion and instead of knowing immediately to rebuke the negative forces using that person to attack, we spend our time complaining and being frustrated about the situation.
The Bible clearly tells us:
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. (Ephesians 6:12 KJV)
So we HAVE to remember it is NOT the person who is attacking you!! It's the spirit of darkness using them!!!
Wake up and pray without ceasing!!! These attacks are used to break you down and throw you off track and make you lose focus!!
Wake up!!!! We have to fight! Once we accepted Christ we accepted the fight of our lives!! This is a war y'all!
Prayer:
God you are amazing! Thank you for loving us in spite of ourselves! God, today
I’m asking you to help me recognize spiritual attacks before it is too late.
Help me remember that I am in the fight of my life! This Christian life isn’t
hard only because I can’t do things like others in the world but because the
enemy is out to kill me, EVERYDAY. God, help me build up my spirit by agreeing
with the Word. Knowing that in order to agree with the Word, I must know the
Word, God help me become more self-disciplined concerning Bible reading. God I
want to get the word in my mouth as well as in my heart! God I want to be
better! Help me be better! God I love
you with all my heart! In Jesus name I pray, Amen!
